Human Resources Manager

Manages and participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating HR activities, policies, and programs for the
company. Manages activities relating to recruitment/retention, benefits and salary programs, performance
management, safety, and employee development. Coaches and advises managers to ensure the consistent and
effective application of all HR policies and practices across the company.

Marketing Software Programmer/Developer

Through the use of established inhouse solutions and tools or by providing third-party software solutions, the applicant shall provide software programming and development to support the Marketing Group’s continuous improvement efforts on Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, RF System Planning Software and Company Website.

Provides technical expertise and support for Marketing Software systems to internal departments regarding RF System products and their applications. Responsible for improving and developing software applications pertaining to CPQ development applications, RF System Planning Development Software, RF Product Pricing Database and Company Webpage enhancements.

Welder (MIG, Stick, TIG, Silver Braze, Structural, Antenna, Rigid Line, TV Tuning)

ERI applies the position “Welder” to employees with specialized technical expertise and work experience in
bonding metals together by applying heat or electricity. The combination of expertise and experience is used to
categorize Welders by Level 1, 2 or 3. There are several types of welding processes that ERI utilizes, such as
Stick (SMAW), MIG, TIG Welding and Silver Brazing. Welders are encouraged, but not required to be proficient
at all techniques.
